While I enjoy a good offshore run for tuna or mahi, or the lure-stopping slam of a smallmouth bass on a jerk bait, it's just as fun when my  bobber dips below the water's surface telling me a pumpkinseed sunfish, bluegill or pan-sized catfish has slurped in a nightcrawler.
